Sorry it's been such a while, but we've had some great bands and great fun over the past couple of months, make sure you don't miss out this weekend with live music from two old favourites RIFF RAFF on Friday and THE CLINTS on Saturday.
We'd also like to let you all know that The Alley, Lancaster, has finally opened it's doors, after months of hard work its ready for action. Everyones welcome and we have live music from Helvelyn 2 this Saturday night.

Well the sun was out and those of you who were witnessed more great live music at The Bath this weekend. CATDOG gave a stunning debut performance on Friday night and TFL returned with a great show of classuic rock on Saturday. If you missed out make sure you check out the gig guide for the return of both these bands.
We hope the sun keeps shining but even if it doesn't the live music carries on here, with bands Friday and Saturday this week and don't miss the return of John Michael on Sunday, let's show him a good time!

BACK TO NORMAL
Well after a weekend of live music we now seem to have overcome the problems we've recently had with last minute band cancellations!
A big thanks to HARE OF THE DOG for helping this to happen stepping in on Monday to fill the vacant Friday night slot, and they didn't dissapoint, what a performance they gave!! I'm sure everyone that was in to see them would agree with that statement!
The live music continued on Saturday with the return of HELVELYN 2, who gave another great show of classic rock, even if the final set had to be cut short due to the drummer hurting his arm (we send our apologies for this), but they will be back!
Thanks to everyone who was here this bank holiday weekend, those from near and far!!,
get yourselves down this coming weekend it should be another classic with the return of HOOKER and the awaited debut here of BBGM, an experienced and talented band.

ALL CHANGE
Well we've promised to have live music returning on Friday nights, so lets see you all here for HARE OF THE DOG!
It's a change to the advertised line-up but their a great band and stepped in to help out yesterday, and are actually a band we wanted to gig here.
They play rock covers from the likes of Free, Bad Company, UFO, Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake, Dio, ZZ Top, Poison, Judas Priest, Gary Moore, Van Halen and many more.
They are a band that believe in having fun, just like the rest of us, and have heard great things about us here at The Bath, so let's show them a great time!

Our dissapoinment and apologies
Well were sorry to have to say that once again we have been let down, Rewind cancelled their gig tonight at the last minute and despite our best efforts we have been unable to find a replacement at such short notice.
We as much as you love our live music and want it all weekend, but the powers to be seem against us at the moment. However we'll still have great music all night and the live music carries on tomo with Fugitive and John Michael on Sunday so get yourselves down for a great time,

Well once again we were left with one live band this weekend, hopefully for the very last time, with the bands for the forthcoming weeks confirmed and ready to go, and more live music on a Sunday coming very soon!!
5th Element were as impressive as the first time they gigged here with a great all round entertaining performance on Saturday night that brought eveybody to their feet!! If you missed out make sure you catch them next time round.

Well left without a band on Friday night, althoug we still all enjoyed the music, it was down to DAKOTA to provide the live music last weekend, and they didn't let us down, even if their usual singer did! You would have struggled to notice, by their usual great performance, that the lead singer had actually been drafted in just a few hours before the gig!
It was a fantastic night enjoyed by all and we'd all like to thank Dakota for providing such great entertainment.

Well were at another weekend already, and were all getting ready to welcome DAKOTA back to The Bath tomo night, if you haven't seen them before make sure you get yourselves in they've always put on a good show and been well received. Dutch Invasion
Hi all,
Well many of you were here to witness a great tribute to Iron Maiden on Friday night by Dutch band Somewhere on Stage. It was a great performance by the band who are currently on a week's long tour of the UK and we would like to thank them for making the long journey here and wish them luck, hopefully we'll see them again!
Saturday night brought us TFL, and a great show of classic rock, they'll be back in the near future.
On a more disapointing note, True Beat have had to cancel their gig here on Friday, due to a problem within the band, however we are trying hard to replace them. We have CLASSIC PUNK on Saturday night from THE CHEAPSKATES, a great band who are making a return here, so don't miss out!

PURE ENTERTAINMENT
Well I think we can all agree that we heard live music from two amazing bands this weekend and both with performances to match!
Local band MASSIVE WAGONS brought a great crowd in on Friday night to hear their hard rock covers. A young band which are definitely something to look out for, and will be back in the near future, look out for them appearing on the gig guide in the future.
Saturday night went with a bang as many came to see UNCLE ROTTER give their usual unique performance, a band like no other we have here. There individual lyrics mix well with the gory outfits, and left everyone fixated by their every move. For those of you who asked on the night when they'll be back, or for those of you who missed it, check out the pictures, and we'll all see them again on the 19th June!

Don't Miss Out
Well we have to say that it was a fairly quiet weekend for us, despite good performances from Ozbidian and Dr Rox. All that were here enjoyed the live rock performances from both bands, it's just a shame that some of you missed out!

Well it was good too see those familar faces again this weekend and we were happy to welcome the many new faces we saw over the week, hope everyone enjoyed it all.

Packed!!
Hi all,
Well what a weekend we had, I.C.O.N played their own original tunes with great effect on Friday night and local band The Bottlenecks packed the place on Saturday. We'd like to thank all the customers on Saturday for their patience in being served, we got a bit overwhelmed at times!! Sorry about that. We'd like to say a special thanks to Nic and Claire for stepping in behind the bar and giving us a hand.
All that being said we feel a good weekend was had by all, the pictures seem to show that, take a look, and we hope to see you all again this weekend for some more live classic rock, The Clints on Friday and Hooker on Saturday, promises to be another good one, lets see if we can pack the place again!!

ROCKING WITH UNDEAD TED
Another amazing weekend here at the bath.
Friday night saw great local band Massive Wagons playing a mix of quality rock covers, alongside some of there own material.
Saturday night brought us the great sounds of another local band Sold To The Sky, we were blown away by the great blend of classic rock & indie rock.
Sunday afternoon we had a real treat, The Section played us there rendition of classic blues rock.

What a great bunch of lads,
Helvelyn 2 put on a great show here at The Bath last night, they rocked and we rocked the night away, fun was had by all.

Recovering from Bathstock 2009!
Well the weekend was great don't know about the rest of you but we're still trying to recover! Music was great, atmosphere was amazing and the best of all I now have a name. For those of you who haven't heard some crazy head banger has named me 'Undead Ted' and you'll be hearing alot more from me now. Looking forward to meeting those bands again and seeing what Idol Minds and Hooker have to offer this weekend, although I'm sure they will be brill, and everyone had better have recovered ready to rock and party again, looking forward to the rest of the week hope to see you all.
